What services do you offer?We offer a comprehensive range of services, including: · Home Transition Guidance - Helping you plan and execute a smooth transition to a new home or care facility. · Downsizing & Organizing - Assisting with sorting, decluttering, and organizing items before a move. · Move Coordination - Coordinating the logistics of the move, including hiring movers and organizing belongings. · Senior Care Placement Assistance - Helping families find the best senior living options, such as assisted living, independent living, or memory care facilities. · Aging-in-Place Consulting - Offering advice and solutions for modifying your home to allow for independent living longer. · Real Estate Services – Helping with a comprehensive market analysis of your home’s value, in addition to marketing and listing services when the time comes to sell your home. · Family Support & Advocacy - Providing emotional support and guidance throughout the entire process to ensure peace of mind for families. · While we do not offer RN, LPN or medical assessments, we do have relationships with agencies that do.

Are your services covered by insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?Unfortunately, our services are not covered by insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. However, some long-term care insurance plans may cover certain senior care placements. We can assist you in determining whether your insurance might cover any portion of your housing.
